Passion And Influence	THURSDAY JUN 16

 Acts 26:28-29 
Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuade me to be a Christian. And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

Apostle Paul's sufferings were directly related to the great assignment and mandate he had been given. In fact, the LORD told Ananias that Apostle Paul was a chosen vessel to bear His name before the Gentiles, kings and the children of Israel and that he would be shown the great things he must suffer for the Lord's name sake (Acts 9:15-16). In our text above, we see King Agrippa, who did not know God, testifying of how Apostle Paul's words almost converted him. Apostle Paul persevered through considerable opposition in order to testify about his faith because he was passionate and eager to see King Agrippa and everyone else come to know God in the same way He knew God.

Passionate people are influential people. Are you a passionate person? What type of passion do people see radiating from you every day? What type of influence are you having on people every day? How much do you really desire to fulfill God's purpose for your life? God wants more of His fragrance to exude from you more and more every day (2Cor.2:14). Are the people of the world being influenced and converting to your ways or are you being influenced and converting to their ways? Ensure that the things that you are passionate are connected to your divine assignment. Maintain a strong desire to fulfill your heavenly vision, Acts 26:19. Let the zeal of fulfilling your Father's will consume you (John 2:17) and continue to invest in eternity. Like Apostle Paul, passion will also help you to faithfully go through all you have to go through to fulfill God's purpose for your life.

PRAYER FOCUS: Heavenly Father, today I receive your grace to be passionate about fulfilling Your will for my life.
