| Activating Wisdom Through Prayers |

Colossians 1:9-10 (GNB), James 1:5 (GNB)
…we have always prayed for you.... We ask God to fill you with the knowledge of his will, with all the wisdom and understanding that his Spirit gives. Then you will be able to live as the Lord wants and will always do what pleases him. Your lives will produce all kinds of good deeds, and you will grow in your knowledge of God. *But if any of you lack wisdom, you should pray to God, who will give it to you; because God gives generously and graciously to all.

You have no reason to lack God's wisdom in any situation because the wisdom of God is always just a prayer away. As noted in our 2nd text above, God's wisdom is generously and graciously available in every situation if you are willing to ask for it or for the knowledge of His will.Remain assured that God neither wants you to fail or to walk in error. On the contrary, He wants you to succeed, to be fruitful and to make progress in all that you set your heart and mind to do. God is actually more willing to give grant you His wisdom than you beleive, so have faith. James 1:6 & 7 reveals to us that after asking for God's wisdom, we must have faith and not doubt if
we want to receive anything from Him. We must be decisive.
Activate your faith! Believe that because you are Christ's sheep, you will hear His voice, John 10:27. Have faith that because you have the Spirit of God, you have access to what is on the mind of God, 1Cor.2:9-12. Have faith that because God loves you, He will grant you His wisdom as you ask Him for it. God will release the wisdom you need to you in the most effective way possible. He may even lead you to the person or place where you will receive His “for such a time as this” wisdom. So have faith, child of God, that as you pray and ask God for His wisdom, He will flood your mind with it. You can even pray for others to receive God's wisdom and He will graciously and abundantly grant it to them.
PRAYER FOCUS: Thank God for His willingness to grant you His wisdom and ask for His wisdom to fill you in this very moment.
