Pursue Your Desires with Passion
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Casual seekers rarely find great treasure because great treasures are not usually found on the surface. People who find great treasure usually go through a lot of rigour and stress digging deep, but the value they have placed on the treasure keeps them committed in their search for it. Big fish are usually found in the deepest parts of the ocean. In the same way, you have to dig deep to obtain great treasures out of your relationship with God and your pursuits in life.
Jesus said the kingdom of God is like a treasure 'hidden' in a field which a man found and hid; and in his joy he went and sold all that he had, and bought that field (Matt.13:44). He gave up all he had to acquire the field and the treasure in it. Focus and sacrifice are major signs that you are pursuing your desires with passion. God Himself went as far as sacrificing His only Son for us because of how much He treasured and valued us. Many people don't have great desires and some who have great desires do not pursue their desires with passion. God can do more
than you can ask think or imagine (Eph.3:20), but you must have dreams and visions that you are asking God to manifest. God only rewards diligent seekers.
Be diligent in all your endeavours. If you keep seeking, you will find. If you keep asking, you will receive and if you keep knocking, the door will be opened to you, Matt.7:7-8. Elisha pursued his desire for a double portion of Elijah's anointing and God gave it to him, 2Kings 2:5. The woman with the issue of blood made up her mind to touch the hem of Jesus' garment and she didn't stop until she achieved her goal and received her healing from Jesus.PRAYER FOCUS: Tell God that you want to burn for Him even more than ever before. Receive His grace to keep occupying till He comes.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, today I receive your grace to be diligent and passionate in seeking You and in all that I engage in today.
