Proverbs 24:5, Luke 2:40, Ephesians 3:16
A wise man is strong; yea, a man of knowledge increaseth strength. *And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. *That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man.

God wants you to remain strong in every area of your life; from your spirit man to your mind, to your body, to your finances, to your ministry, to your career/ business, to your academics and to your family. Fainting or being weary in the day of adversity or difficulty is a sign that you are low in strength (Prov.24:10), not that the adversity or difficulty is too great. But do not let that be the end of your story. You can boost your strength and still triumph over what caused you to faint in the first place.Commit yourself to learning what to do to boost your strength in every area of your life and then diligently do those things. Be wise and deliberate about building and replenishing your strength. Seek knowledge about how you can increase in strength and then practice that knowledge. Be fervent in prayer, study His Word at all times and remain in constant communion with Him. You need strength to continue occupying till Christ comes. Luke 2:52 says, and Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.
Deliberately surround yourself with people and things that build you up and strengthen you continually. Devote yourself to both physical and spiritual exercises, 1Tim.4:8. Be strong in faith, Rom.4:20. Be strong in the Lord, Eph.6:10. Be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus, 2Tim.2:1. Psalm 84:7 says, they go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God. This will be your portion also. God will continue to fill you with the grace and wisdom you need to continually increase in strength.
PRAYER: Heavenly Father, today I receive your grace and wisdom to continually increase in strength.
