Called and Blessed like Abraham
Galatians 3:7-9
You should realize, then, that the real descendants of Abraham are the people who have faith. The scripture predicted that God would put the Gentiles right with himself through faith. And so the scripture announced the Good News to Abraham: "Through you God will bless all people." Abraham believed and was blessed; so all who believe are blessed as he was.

Why do you think God chose Abraham to be the Father of Faith, Rom.4:11? It was not because Abraham deserved it in any way. It was simply an act of God's grace. Joshua 24:2 reveals to us that Abraham's father served other gods. It is very likely that Abraham also served other gods with his father. But once God called Abraham out of his father's house, God promised to change his life for good, Gen.12:1-3. God was calling Abraham into a relationship with Him.

Despite his past and background, Abraham believed the Word of God and God was pleased with him. That was the beginning of Abraham's journey of faith. It was the beginning of an adventure into pleasing God and receiving all the manifestations of God's power and grace and also being used by God to be a blessing to others. The things that God had in mind for Abraham were unimaginable. They were things that eyes had not seen, ears had not heard and minds had not imagined were possible. They were supernatural things. By believing what God was telling him, Abraham opened up his life to receive all these things.
Child of God, your choice to believe God pleases Him greatly and like Abraham, you are going to experience unbelievable and unimaginable things in your life. Our text above says that Abraham believed and was blessed. As such, all who believe will also be blessed as he was. Understand that whenever God's Word comes to you, it is because through His grace, He intends to bless you like He blessed Abraham.
FAITH DECLARATION: By believing in God, I am blessed just like Abraham. I experience glorious and unimaginable things in my life.
