The devil will do everything possible to cause you to feel that God does not love you anymore. When he approached Eve in the Garden of Eden, he tried to make her feel that God had lied to them about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He was indirectly trying to tell her that God did not really love them. The devil is a liar and he will do everything to bring you out of the consciousness of God's love for you.Many things will happen in your life that may cause you to doubt God's great love for you. There will be times in your life that the only thing that will keep you will be your knowledge of God's great love. Jesus already told us that in the world, we will have tribulations but we should be of good cheer because He has overcome the world, John 16:33. He has overcome the world for you and me. The limitations of the world will not overcome us. Through Christ, we will overcome them.
Continue to focus and remind yourself of the great love that God has for you. Desire to remain rooted and grounded in God's love, Eph.3:17. Keep filling your heart with the revelations of God's great love for you and all that Christ has done for you. Spend quality time worshipping and fellowshipping with God; enjoying His love. Allow the Holy Spirit to spread God's love in your heart, Rom.5:5. Think back over your life and remember the things God has done for you and the things He has brought you through. God's love for you is everlasting, Jer.31:3. His love is steadfast. Decide that nothing will separate you from the love of God, Rom.8:35. You can anchor your life on God's great love for you.
PRAYER FOCUS: Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you for Your great love for me. Take me deeper in your love. I anchor my life on Your great love.
