THE SECRET OF HIGH FLIERS

OVERVIEW

SCRIPTURE: And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God…the LORD shall make thee the head, and not the tail…” – Deuteronomy 28:1, 13.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If you put God first in life, you must get ahead in life.

Our anchor scripture clearly x-rays the mind of God for our placement in life. God’s purpose for us is to be the head and not the tail, above only and never beneath.

So, what do we need to do in order to be the head?

It is being dedicated to God and His purpose.
I would like you to take note of the following key thoughts about dedication to God.

a) Dedication to God is the doorway to distinction in life.
It is not possible to be dedicated to God and not be distinguished in life.

b) Intimacy with God is key to authority in life.
Show me a man who is close to God and I will show you a man of authority.

c) To put God first in life is to get ahead in life (Matthew 6:33)
If you put God first in life, you must get ahead in life. It was God’s servant, Papa Oyedepo who said that you cannot put God first and come last in life. The place you give to God in your life determines the place you find in life.

Remember this: If you put God first in life, you must get ahead in life.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Make up your mind to seek God above everything in life.
2. Dedicate your life to God in everything you do.

PRAYER:  O LORD, I ask that You renew my mind to seek You above every other thing in life. Help me to consecrate my life to Your purpose in Jesus’ Name.

QUOTE: You have not been called to conform to society. You have been called to transform the society. Culled from 30 SECRETS TO THE TOP by Dr Paul Enenche

AMAZING FACT: A dog can hear sounds that are hundred times fainter than the faintest sounds a person can hear. If a person can just hear a noise that is coming from 10ft away, a dog could hear that same noise from 100ft away.
