- Divine Qualification: Now, that we have peace with God and have access to His throne room of grace, it implies that we can receive all things from Him. This is because God by His divine mercy allowed His Son to shed His blood for us.
1 Peter 1:19, “But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:” We were redeemed and bought back or delivered from the power of darkness into His glorious marvelous light with the precious, priceless blood of Christ. He made us kings and priests unto God, to become a kingdom of priests on this earth. He predestined us be partakers of divine nature, and now we are partakers of the divine nature, therefore, we can receives all things that pertains to life and godliness. We use our ability to call those things that are not as though they do exist.
Colossians 1:12-14, “Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:”
The Father qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light. This qualification was through the blood of Jesus Christ. This is the merit of justification by faith – the blood of Jesus. God qualified us to be partakers of His inheritance and divine nature. 2 Peter 1:4. We have access to God’s treasure, all things that pertain to life and godliness was given to us. We are qualified because we are justified by the blood of Jesus Christ. 1 Peter 1:3-5; Philippians 3:20.
